1) A non refundable deposit of £50:00 per week per caravan with a correctly completed Booking Form, secures the reservation of the required Holiday
Dates if available. Written confirmation will be sent within ten days. 2) Balance of the hire is payable on arrival. 3)
Normally bookings are from Saturday 3.00pm to Saturday 10.ooam. Any intended late arrivals, i.e. after 8.00pm, must be notified. 4) The
number of persons occupying the accommodation may not exceed six. 5) Occupiers must check the inventory of equipment immediately on arrival
and report any shortage or damage at once, otherwise they will be charged with the cost of any items found broken or missing on departure. 6)
Occupiers are asked to leave their accommodation in the condition in which they found it, i.e. clean and tidy. 7) Dogs must be
exercised away from the caravan (i.e. on the beach), be kept on a leash whilst on the park and must not be left unattended in the caravan. 8)
Peninver Sands Caravan Park and its employees shall not be liable for any loss, damage or theft to or from any caravan or property, nor for any injury, accident or
mishap to any person either on site or engaged in bathing or boating. 9) Vandalism: Ant person found deliberately destroying Park property will be liable to prosecution and removal from the site. 10) Hirers are accepted on the understanding that the above rules and
conditions are complied with. The management reserves the right to terminate permission to occupy a caravan on the site, if, in the opinion of the management, the
person concerned had not complied with the above rules and conditions or in the opinion of the management has acted in such a manner as to require his/her removal
from the site. |
